Map themes cities skylines

So if you want a different map-theme, try some of them out, choose one, and then unsubscribe the others to save up on RAM usage. As far as I can tell the tiling value seems to be correct, but you can always play with the slider if you want to tweak it. This is a map-theme from the Workshop I personally like a lot: īut beware! Because these texture files need to cover a lot of area (otherwise you'll see a repetitive pattern across the map), they're quite big in filesize! The map-theme I linked above is 162MG big. Just open Theme Mixer, manually re-select that specific texture from SCT-HOMECOMING (do not change the base cliff texture), then save yourself a new theme mix. It also allows you to use textures from different map-themes into one so you can basically make your own map-theme. This way you can clearly see the differences as you switch map-themes while actually looking at the map. Using the 'Theme Mixer 2' mod, you can change map-themes while you're in-game. If you also change some of the simple looking trees for some good looking ones from the Workshop, your map looks a whole lot different! So using map-themes from the Workshop can significantly improve the way your city/map looks. The Vanilla map-themes are quite cartoonish.
